ART.01Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms are published by Optetron, a simplified joint-stock company with a single shareholder (SASU) with a share capital of €1,000, registered under number 107 428 955 R.C.S. Paris, whose registered office is at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France.
They cover the purchases and voluntary payments you make to or through Optetron with its Stripe account, on optetron.com (including the megatask page, pay.optetron.com and pay-test.optetron.com) and on nouveaupatient.fr.
Payments made on third-party platforms, such as Ko-fi, follow those platforms' terms. Advertising shown on Optetron's sites is not covered.

ART.02The megatask workflow guide
Two parties are involved. Sold through Link, LLC ("Sold through Link"), a Stripe company, sells you the guide under its own terms, shown at checkout. Optetron grants you the licence and delivers the guide, under these terms.
REC.01What you buy
- PRODUCT
- The megatask workflow guide: a written guide to the megatask methodology and a skill that lets your own coding agent explain it to you, delivered as one zip file.
- LANGUAGE
- English.
- FILES AND COMPATIBILITY
- TO CONFIRMThe list of files in the zip and the coding agents the skill works with are given here once the guide is published.
- PRICE
- You choose the price, from €1; the suggested amount is €8.63. VAT is included and computed by Link.
- SELLER
- Sold through Link, LLC handles payment, VAT, the PDF invoice sent for every sale, refunds and withdrawal, under its terms. Link may refund a purchase within 60 days.
REC.02Delivery
- WHEN
- Right after payment, Stripe sends you to pay.optetron.com, which checks the payment and serves the zip.
- YOUR LINK
- The address of the thank-you page is your download link. It does not expire and has no download limit. Anyone who has it can download the guide, so keep it private.
- LOST LINK
- Write to contact@optetron.com with your payment receipt. We find the purchase and send the link to the e-mail address recorded on the payment, and only to it.
REC.03Withdrawal
- RULE
- Withdrawal is handled by Link under its terms. Where French law applies, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download is made available to you, provided you gave your prior express consent to immediate delivery, acknowledged that you lose this right, and received a confirmation on a durable medium (Code de la consommation, articles L221-28 13° and L221-13).

REC.04Licence
- GRANT
- The guide is licensed to you personally. You may read it and use it for your own work.
- LIMITS
- You may not share, redistribute, resell or publish the guide or its download link. The exceptions of French copyright law (Code de la propriété intellectuelle, article L122-5) remain.
- REFUND
- If your purchase is refunded, the licence ends.
- MIT FILES
- Files in the zip that are under the MIT licence are not covered by these limits: they keep the MIT licence. The zip's NOTICE file lists each of them with the full MIT text and its copyright lines.
- BUSINESS BUYERS
- If you buy for a business, the consumer guarantees below do not apply to you, and Optetron's liability to you is limited to the price you paid, except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
A tip is a voluntary payment to Optetron through Stripe, of an amount you choose. The minimum is shown at checkout (€1 for megatask). You receive nothing in return.
A tip is not a donation to a charity and gives no tax receipt.
A tip is refunded if you ask within 30 days of the payment, by writing to contact@optetron.com with your payment receipt; the refund goes back to the original payment method.
Nouveau Patient is an Optetron product. It sells nothing today. Any paid offer will be added to these terms before it opens.
ART.05Legal guarantee and claims
If you are a consumer, the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content applies (Code de la consommation, articles L224-25-12 to L224-25-26), for two years after a one-off supply. Nothing in these terms limits it.
Send any claim to contact@optetron.com or by post to Optetron, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. For the guide, we forward your claim to the party responsible for it and tell you who handles it.
If you are a consumer and a dispute with Optetron is not settled with us, you may refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
